To check-in at the Hostel, all guests must be at least 18 years old.
It is mandatory for guests to provide valid photo identification when checking in. According to Government regulations, every person staying at the hostel must carry a valid photo ID.
Accepted identification proofs include Passport, Aadhar Card, Driving License, and Voter ID card. PAN Card is not accepted. Guests with Local IDs will not be allowed admission.
The Solace caters primarily to solo travellers and young backpackers, so we do not recommend families to stay with us. If you are traveling with a family, our villas would be more suitable for your needs.
The advance payment made at the time of reservation is non-refundable.
Non-resident guests are not permitted in the rooms. If you want to meet someone, you can do so in the common areas.
Please note that if three or four people are traveling together, we cannot guarantee accommodation in the same dorm room.
Guests are responsible for their personal belongings.
Breakfast is not included in the room rate and is charged separately at the property.
If a guest's actions or behaviour are deemed inappropriate by the Hostel, the hostel reserves the right to take action after conducting an investigation.
"Silent hours" are observed from 10 PM to 8 AM, during which guests are expected to maintain quietness.
Alcohol consumption is not allowed at properties.
Smoking is permitted only in designated smoking areas; all rooms are smoke-free.
Engaging in illegal activities such as gambling, prostitution, and drug use is strictly prohibited.
Eating is not allowed in dorms.
Limited parking is available for vehicles, subject to availability.
Guests cannot restrict the use of common areas and entertainment gadgets.
Guests are responsible for their belongings stored in lockers. The hostel is not liable for lost or damaged items. There is a penalty of INR 500 for lost locker keys.
Guests are accountable for any property damage and will be charged accordingly.
The right to admission is reserved.
Certain policies may vary depending on the booking, and they will be communicated at the time of booking.
Booking Extension Policy
Extension of the stay will be provided based on the current room rates and subject to availability.
The current room rates may differ from the rates at which the rooms were originally booked.
Cancellation Policy and Refund Policy
Free Cancellation until 24 Hours post booking.
Refund will be provided if booking cancelled within 24 Hours of booking.
Payment Policy
Payment for any additional services opted must be cleared at the same time this includes any adventurous activity and any dining services from the inhouse café.
Group Policy
The Solace does not allow group stays beyond 8 people, even if the bookings are made separately.
In the case of a group of 4 or more, they will be assigned different dorm rooms intentionally.
If the behavior of a group is deemed inappropriate, the Property Manager has the right to take necessary action, including on-the-spot cancellation without refunds.
Unauthorized group bookings or bookings made to appear as separate individuals may be cancelled or denied at any time, either in advance or upon arrival.
The Solace reserves the right to admission.
Check-in and Check-out Policy
The standard check-in time is 12 noon.
The standard check-out time is 10 AM.
Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and at the discretion of the property
However, guests are welcome to stay in our common areas during that time.
